Established in 2017, Saigon Pho was a first for Vietnamese Cuisine on the Maginhawa strip.  Born out of love for the simple and flavorful ingredients, our concept was simple from the beginning, to provide the most authentic Vietnamese experience in the metro,  to take our guests on a journey to Vietnam with every bite.  With almost 100 years of French culinary infusion, the recipes of Vietnam are truly one of a kind.  Since it's conception, we have remained resolute to our commitments of quality, consistency and value.
